How it works
Our reorder program is designed to ensure that each of our patients never run out incontinence supplies. We understand that being incontinent means that you have substantial amount of supplies at all times. This means that our program is designed to deliver your briefs, pull ups, underpads, wipes, gloves and/or skin barriers on a monthly basis. Each customer will be contacted 7 days in advance to determine if more supplies are needed. In the event we determine that the customer will run out of supplies in the next 7 days we will automatically schedule delivery, this is of course done with the customers authorization.
Your Rights as an Incontinent Customer
At any point in time each customer has the right to request that we stop delivery on incontinence or remove him/her from our program.
